Membership Instructions to Apply for Day or Annual Membership, or Renew

NOTE: Allow yourself at least 10 minutes to complete this application.

There are a number of processes and steps involved in renewing your membership so we’ve tried to make them as easy as possible for you.

• Create a GameDay login account (this is the platform that ATHRA are using to record their members);

• Register/renew your membership with ATHRA/ANTs. This involves 5 steps:

1. Basic Information - collecting some information about you

2. Products - selecting which type of membership you want with ATHRA and ANTs

3. Questions - some more questions about you

4. Summary - for you to confirm the details collected are correct

5. Payment - so that you can pay for your membership

Create a GameDay Login

Regardless of whether or not you’re a member of ATHRA, you will need to create an account in GameDay so that you can log in. Use this link to create your account:

It will take you to the new membership platform that ATHRA are using to collect memberships and renewals. (See screenshot below)

To become an ANTs member, or, to renew your membership for 2022 you must first of all Sign Up, so, select the ‘Sign Up’ link:

At the end of next year, you’ll be able to renew your membership by simply logging in.

You will be directed to a Form where you must enter your details and, once paid for and approved, you will be registered with ATHRA and ANTs at the same time.

Step 1: Insert your Personal Details, Check your Email, Confirm your Details

Complete all of your details on the form displayed and then select ‘Sign Up’. This sends you a confirmation email which you must read and respond to before you are added to the Gameday membership platform that ATHRA are using.

Here is an example of the email that you’ll receive:

Remember to check your Junk Mail if you don’t find it in your Inbox.

Click ‘Confirm Email Address’ and you will be registered with GameDay. This will display a pop-up page with the membership fees for ATHRA on it.

NOTE: the ANTs fees are shown on the page after the ATHRA fees

As you can see from the above window, there is an additional fee on top of the ATHRA fee which needs to be paid to our Club.

So, to proceed with your Membership, click on Close.

You’ll see the following page - notice that it has recognised who you are and which club you belong to (see the top right of the screen).

The only option available to you at this point is New Participant, so click on that and then select Next. You will then be shown a form to complete together with the membership options.

Insert your details and select which membership type you wish to join with. Note: there are only 3 types available now.

Select Next to be taken to the next step of the payment process where you confirm that you wish to subscribe to the ATHRA yearly membership and the ANTs Club yearly membership.

2. Products - selecting which type of membership you want with ATHRA and ANTs

Note: You will only be able to proceed if you select both the ATHRA Yearly Membership AND the Club Yearly Membership. Carefully select the type of membership that fits you!

Once you’ve selected both the ATHRA and Club membership that works for you, click Next

3. Questions - some more questions about you

Add in your personal details including Emergency Contact in case of accident.

Scroll down and select whether you have any medical conditions or allergies that we need to be aware of while you’re attending any of our activities. Remember that you might encounter bees or, you might come into contact with food that you’re allergic to while on the ride.

You are also required to tick the box that confirms that you have read and agree to the Risk Warning, Waiver and Conditions of Membership.

Click Next to proceed to the Payment Summary.

4. Summary - for you to confirm the details collected are correct

You can then choose to either:

• edit your membership choice;

• register another person; or

• choose which method of payment you wish to use.

If you choose to register another person, you will need to pay for them and yourself with the same credit card.

After selecting your payment method, you’ll receive a warning that you will not be able to edit your details after you proceed to payment. Although you will not be able to change your membership type or email address, you can change your physical address and emergency contact details after payment.

5. Payment - so that you can pay for your membership

Select ‘Yes, proceed’ if you’re ready to make your payment. This will take you to a page where you can select to pay via either your credit card or Google Pay.

Click on the Card or Google Pay and select Pay Now.
